The Tao of Coaching – Transformational Coaching and the Way of Unfolding Keys to Developing Self and Others

The greatest challenge facing the coach is how to filter the surface expressions of what the client shares to focus the coaching relationship on the heart of the matter for the client.
Transformational Coaching offers a holistic and multi-levelled approach to coaching that helps the coach listen appropriately to the client and hone in on the essence of what the client needs in a rigorous way.

This workshop introduces some of the simple, yet invaluable organising principles of Transformational Coaching that help us understand the specific issues the client faces in the context of the overall unfolding of the client’s life.

Accompanying others in their development presupposes that we too are developing, both personally and professionally. This workshop provides an opportunity for participants to apply the principles shared to support change, learning, and growth in their own lives and in their development as coaches.
