Building High-Performance Leadership Teams

Effective teamwork, especially among management team members, is a critical business success factor in today’s volatile knowledge economy. It is no longer sufficient for a management team to comprise A class players. Too often have we witnessed A class players forming a B class team, resulting in slow decision-making, passing the buck, frequent conflicts and energy-sapping office politics.

These issues are intensified in organizations in Asia, which are faced with the challenges of dynamic growth in diverse, multi-cultural Asia where older, more conservative managers are juxtaposed with bright Gen Y workers.

This presentation focuses on the challenges that management teams in Asia face, and how CEOs can intentionally build high-performing multi-cultural management teams. The speaker will share the use of a variety of proven interventions, including executive coaching.
