Asbjörnson, MIM is a professional educator, Yamaha Piano Artist, international recording artist, leadership consultant and international thought leader in the areas of global leadership, creativity & innovation in the workplace, cultural competency, emotional-social intelligence (ESI) and performing arts-based learning. He is Senior Adjunct Faculty & Certified Executive Coach with the Center for Creative Leadership and Korn/Ferry International Leadership & Talent Consulting and a professional member of the Creative Skills Training Council of Asia-Pacific.

Kevin has published numerous articles on inspired leadership, leadership as a performing art and the art of communication and produced seven Compact Discs of original, contemporary piano and acoustic instrumental music and an International Telly Award winning DVD entitled The Artistry of Leadership-Creating Meaningful Connections®.
He is recognized by the Marquis Who’s Who in the World of Global Citizens for his creativity with the integration of music, performing arts-based learning and 21st Century Leadership and recognized as one of 100 of the world’s most visionary musicians and writers in the book, “The Spiritual Significance of Music”.

The Artistry of Leadership-Creating Meaningful Connections®

The Artistry of Leadership-Creating Meaningful Connections® is an interactive, performing arts-based learning experience which parallels the competencies of a performing artist with those of a leader and executive coach in the 21st Century. Utilizing a Yamaha® grand piano and performing original, contemporary piano music, Kevin Asbjörnson engages attendees in conversational dialogue, contemplation and reflection, while seated in concentric circles unique to “performance in the round”.

Attendees explore, discover and practice the creative and artistic competencies associated with inspirational leadership and transformational coaching and experience music as an instructional medium and international language of emotion. In addition attendees are introduced to the model of the Eight Keys to Inspired Leadership®; a learning and development model for understanding and developing emotional intelligence, creativity and innovation in the workplace and in life.
