Beyond Coach Credentialing: The Ongoing Pursuit of Inspiration and Mastery

People learn how to coach in all sorts of ways including trial-and-error experience. While ICF has set minimum standards for credentialing, the practice of coaching has infinite variations. We have endless opportunities to deepen our wisdom and shape our own coaching practice into something that offers distinctive value to our clients.

The presenter will reveal what she has discovered from working on her own mastery and helping other people learn how to coach in Asia-Pacific over the past 15+ years. She will discuss opportunities for cobbling together a portfolio of amazing role models, mentors, books, trainings, practices, case studies, feedback opportunities, and conference experiences to inspire and enhance your performance as a coach. Participants will be encouraged to reflect on and share some of their most powerful insights with others. People will be invited to share a current coaching challenge and receive coaching from other participants.
