Early Bird Registrations:
- Conference seat will be reserved if registration form is received on or before June 11, 2010. Moreover,
participants will be given the top priority in choosing concurrent
elective sessions, AND
- Delegates will enjoy an Early Bird Rate only if full payment is received on or before June 11, 2010. Regular rate will be charged if
payment is not received by June 11, 2010.
- The registration fee includes admission to the
conference and with Program Guide and various conference materials,
luncheon and refreshment.
- Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
Booking Terms and Conditions :
Confirmation • Registration forms received will be acknowledged by email, fax or telephone • Reservations will only be secured upon receipt of payment • In case of over-enrolment, priority will be given to those delegates who have paid the registration fee on a first-come first-served basis • To facilitate various arrangements, no change of choices would be allowed after June 11, 2010 • Confirmation of the concurrent elective session enrolment will be made to delegates about 5 days before the Conference.
Payment • Payment for the conference must be received before the start of the conference • Cheque, cash and telegraphic transfer will be accepted • Crossed cheque should be made payable to International Coach Federation, Singapore Chapter A/C 2 and send with a copy of the registration form/invoice to Asia Pacific Coaching Conference 2010 c/o Joy Ventures Pte Ltd,

Cancellation Policy • All cancellations must be given in writing. • For cancellations before June 11, 2010, 50% of registration fee will be forfeited. • No refund will be given for cancellation received after June 11, 2010 but substitutions will be accepted. • For substitution, Asia Pacific Coaching Conference 2010 reserves the right to charge the difference between member and non-member rate wherever applicable.
Use of Information • The information you provide to Asia Pacific Coaching Conference 2010 will be used for the purpose of administering enrolments and facilitating the execution of the program.
