PART II: Use of assessment tools in coaching: what works, what doesn’t work – Best Practice in Coaching Diagnostics (by Hermann Ditzig and Tina Wahi)
This session will give coaches an overview of what tools they can use to better understand their coacheees’ reality and challenges, inform them about what ot=her coaches are using and why. We will present and discuss results of a regional survey of coaches to determine best practices in understanding the coachee. With data on what Asia Pacific based coaches are doing this will make this presentation ‘real time relevant’.
