Programme
Our vision for the Conference is to create an amazing opportunity and memorable experience for all attendees to share and discuss at plenary gatherings, presentations and break-out discussions. The theme of the Conference will be "Coaching for Sustainable, Multicultural Communities". This theme will be woven into three program tracks for clients and coaches on Leadership, Skills Development, and Personal Development.
We will have a diverse mix of eminent international speakers with an emphasis on expertise in the coaching field in the Asia Pacific region. Three program tracks with multiple offerings over two days include:
Leadership
Focused on coaching in Asia in the organisation and corporate context, The Leadership Track will address insights and experiences around developing leaders as they integrate coaching as a tool to achieve business outcomes and develop talent for the future. From the coach's perspective, attention will be on the competencies needed to support clients as they navigate through the recent turmoil and emerge into opportunities of the ever changing global landscape.
Personal Development
Aiming to inspire and enable practicing and novice coaches to function more effectively in their discipline, the Personal Development Track will feature the insights on how coaches can create perceived value and make a real difference for their clients through dedicated personal development efforts. This track will explore how having a strong personal foundation makes you a better coach for your clients.
Skill Development
The Skill Development Track aims to enhance the coach’s toolkit with innovative strategies, opportunities to practice and the wisdom of masterful coaches. This stream will provide tools and techniques, for aspiring, novice and experienced coaches alike.
Coaching tools are instruments that help us with our coaching diagnosis, and can include psychometric tools such as 360 degree interviews or personality profiles.
