
As the world is set to emerge from the economic and financial crisis of 2008-9, we believe that there is a renewed energy and optimism here that will fuel the next stage of Asia's growth and development. What is the role of coaching in Asia Pacific in facilitating this upturn for individuals and organizations? How can coaches assume meaningful roles in helping communities, organizations and clients create sustainable solutions?
Our vision for the Conference is to create an amazing opportunity and memorable experience for all attendees to share and discuss at plenary gatherings, presentations and break-out discussions. The theme of the Conference will be "Coaching for Sustainable, Multicultural Communities". This theme will be woven into three program tracks for clients and coaches on Leadership, Skills Development, and Personal Development.
Uniqueness:
This will be the 1st Asia Pacific Coaching Conference co-hosted by APAC (Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches) and ICF Singapore Chapter and supported by coaching chapters from China, India, Asean, Japan & Australasia.
The session topics and speakers will represent the multi-ethnic and multi-cultural aspects of coaching experienced in Asia Pacific. Some questions to be addressed are:

Target Audience:
We aim to attract all those interested in the development of the coaching profession in the Asia Pacific region and beyond. This will include coaches, facilitators, mentors, consultants, human resource & training professionals, counselors and social workers, individuals interested in becoming a coach, whether a new graduate or an imminent retiree, as well as end-users, and coaching clients.
